We run a range of classes that
will both help you to recover from injury, strengthen
your body, build flexibility and promote wellbeing.
From exercise classes designed
to help you manage a specific condition, such
as spinal pain or osteo-arthritis, to general
core stability and wellbeing classes, we keep
groups small and the sessions engaging, so you
get the best out of them.
We want our classes to be really
beneficial and fun, and encourage you to book
a series to enjoy the full social and physical
